Thunderstorms all day long at Madeira Airport, heavy rain almost all the time and a very wet runway.
The Lufthansa Airbus A321-271NX flight LH1171 to Frankfurt used all its engine power to take off from runway 05, spraying lot’s of water to the runway threshold!!
