Awful weather at Madeira Airport, heavy rain almost all the time and a very wet runway.
The Lufthansa Airbus A320-271 flight LH2654 from Munich landed under stormy rain and did a powerful reverse thrust to help stop the plane in order to vacate by taxiway Bravo without backtracking.
